Shipping and Returns
We offer domestic returns and exchanges for store credit only. All clothing/accessories must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition.
Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime on www.HibiskissClothing.com.
For international returns or exchanges, please email aloha@HibiskissClothing.com and we will be happy assist you further.
DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS:
1) Email a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order to Aloha@HibiskissClothing.com
2) Include your order # and reason for returning/exchanging
3) If your purchase is eligible for return, we will email you a confirmation. All return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
4) We highly recommend shipping with tracking so we can assure receiving your item back.
5) Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.
6) All returns must be received by Hibiskiss Clothing within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
7) Once we have received and processed your return we will email you your store credit. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable.
